Learning to keep a healthy home is a great opportunity for students to become personally accountable, socially aware, and community oriented.
Going away to college and transitioning to living independently is a new challenge for many young adults. Our Student Housing Program coaches students to create a home environment that is clean, well organized, and conducive to studying, socializing, and relaxing.
College Excel’s Private Residences
We provide fully furnished, student residences.

Intentional Living Program
Our residences are located in safe, highly desirable westside Bend neighborhoods near our facilities, COCC, and OSU-Cascades campuses.
Students live in fully furnished three to four bedroom homes, typically with one to three roommates, each enjoying their own bedrooms and daily private shuttle service to and from our facilities.
The cost of our student housing includes all utilities (i.e., water, electric, and gas), cable television, and high-speed wireless internet.

Living with roommates provides students with valuable lessons in practicing tolerance that fosters acceptance, compassion, and ultimately prepares them how to be a responsible adult. These shared homes offer fertile ground for our coaches to teach conflict resolution skills, group problem-solving techniques, and healthy boundary-setting skills. Each week coaches meet with students to do housing checks, offer their guidance, and help problem solve any residential issues.
While students are required to live in our housing for their first two terms, many happily choose to stay throughout their enrollment because of the comfort, convenience, security, amenities, and sense of community our housing affords them.
